The fees for the programs are nominal so that the majority of all defendants can easily afford the reasonable expense of program participation.

Responsibility for payment of group fees is part of the therapeutic process. A sliding-fee schedule is used for payment of fees based on the client's ability to pay. Proof of claimed financial indigence must be assessed by Justice Services and will be retained in the client's file. The fees average $60 per screening assessment and $20 for a two-hour group therapy session.
